We have a passionate multidisciplinary team so we can work on your project with different perspectives. We combine the expertise of our science PhD and MSc staff with the creative talent of our graphic designers. The driving force behind our projects is a shared passion to improve the lives of patients, as well as their caregivers and to see organizations perform better on a daily basis.
Connor Buffel
Connor holds a Master’s in Biomedical Technology. His strong, scientific approach ensures that MindBytes’ digital health tools are co-created with key stakeholders and developed using robust scientific foundations. He is driven by the potential of evidence-based digital health tools to improve health outcomes.

His passion for healthcare and modeling sent him to KU Leuven where he combined a Pharmaceutical Science degree with a Master in Econometrics. Through the work in pharmacies and top 10 pharma companies, he learned to convert that knowledge into patient education. The passion to develop digital health tools resulted in the creation of his company MindBytes with like-minded scientific, creative and ICT colleagues.

As Master in Clinical Biomedical Sciences with a focus on the detail-oriented, problem solving and creative side, Michelle has a broad background and expertise. She doesn’t only contribute to conceptual and scientific aspects of the digital health tools we develop at MindBytes, but also to clear, targeted communication and design. Creating the best patient- or specialist-targeted product to improve health and quality of life of patients as a team gives her great fulfillment.
Charlotte Vander Stichele
Graphic designer
Charlotte has been working as a (freelance) Graphic Designer, creating visuals for healthcare communication materials and tools since 2007. She enjoys working on various projects such as e-learnings, serious games, communication materials and layout of print materials. Beyond purely graphic design, she also has experience with recording and integrating video and audio into digital health tools.
