Tool to improve the quality of life of women with cognitive dysfunction after breast cancer treatment.

This tool is developed as part of a thesis project in collaboration with UZ Gent (2018-2019). The objective is to improve the quality of life of women with cognitive dysfunction after breast cancer treatment by helping them to understand and cope with the challenges.

Breast cancer survivors often experience cognitive dysfunction after their treatment. This has a large impact on their quality of life, though little intervention options are at hand to help them cope. 

Experts & real-end users

Experts in the field and real-end users collaborated on the development of the tool, heighten the tool to its best potential with their detailed feedback.

Positive validation

Both clinical experts and target audience positively validated the underlying scientific evidence (determinants and educational objectives) as well as the design foundations.
